Take the power shortcut after the rappids (turn left after the rappids it`s behind the 4 barrals,whitch power types can smash.)Once you get through be shure to hit th 2nd item box from the left (whitch has 30 rings in it plus it coms back each lap) each lap and colect 10 on your own and you`ll have 100 rings. Go to time attack, race on splash canyon ,and be Knuckles. Easy completion of Metal City: Mission 1.Air container in Red Canyon: Mission 5.
